Good reasons to write

• You want an account and the signup page is giving you trouble.
• A post has your personal info in it, or a child's face you did not agree to share.
• You think someone is posting for a business without saying so.
• You want an old post of yours corrected or removed.

We answer within a couple of days, slower in the first week of school.

We do not answer car questions by email. Post them on the forum where the next parent can find the answer.
